| FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, MAY 7, 2004 – Two projects for which HITT Contracting Inc. was the general contractor were given Washington Building Congress’ (WBC) “Craftsmanship” awards at their annual banquet held May 7, 2004 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. The WBC is a group of companies and individuals dedicated to the highest standards and practices in the real estate, design, and construction industries of the Washington, D.C. area. In its 48th year, this awards program recognizes the efforts of local craftspeople and the important role they play in the industry. The Fair Lakes VII office building, tenant fit-out and garage in Fairfax, Virginia received an award for Finishes (Marble/Granite subcategory) by Boatman and Magnani, Inc. Davis Carter Scott was the architect. The same subcontractor, Boatman and Magnani, Inc., was
also honored with another award for their finish work (Marble/Granite
subcategory) for the Crystal Square V project
in Arlington, Virginia. WDG Architecture, PLLC was the architect.
