| FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, January 20, 2004 – HITT Contracting Inc. recently has promoted five of their Project Managers to Senior Project Managers and one Vice President to Senior Vice President in their headquarters office in Fairfax, Virginia and satellite office in Charleston, South Carolina. John M. Britt III has been with the company since 1996 and has more than 16 years experience in the construction industry. In addition to providing executive oversight for HITT Charleston, Mr. Britt will continue his responsibilities as division leader for HITT Government. Mr. Britt has managed the successful completion of numerous government facilities. His expertise features IDIQ, MACC, Task Order and design/build contracts. Mr. Britt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University Michael J. Filipowicz, who has been with HITT Contracting Inc. since 2001, has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Mr. Filipowicz specializes in and has supervised numerous Term Contracts, Unit Pricing, and projects unique to Government clients. His responsibilities vary from advancement of value and quality to contract administration and training of client and contractor forces. Most recently, he oversaw the fast-track 12-day 100,000 s.f. tenant renovation for the International Monetary Fund. Thomas R. Todd joined HITT Contracting Inc. in 2001 and has more than 27 years experience in the construction industry. As a senior project manager for HITT Corporate Interiors, his expertise features various tenant renovations, build-outs, and expansion projects for a range of corporate and retail clients. He also earned a WBC “Craftsmanship” award for the L.E.C.G build-out. Ronald S. Womach joined HITT Contracting Inc. in 1997 and has more than 13 years experience in the construction industry. As a senior project manager for HITT Government, he specializes in tenant renovations, façade upgrades, and build-outs. Mr. Womach earned his degree from James Madison University. Joshua G. VanScoy joined HITT Contracting Inc.’s Charleston office in 2002 and has more than 11 years experience in the construction industry. As a senior project manager for HITT Charleston, his expertise features various new construction, renovations of federal military facilities, and other projects featuring Government clients. His responsibilities range from project estimating and scheduling to team organization and quality control. Christian E. Zazzali joined HITT in 1999 and has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry. As a senior project manager for HITT Corporate Interiors, he specializes in tenant build-outs and renovations for corporate, hi-tech, and retail clients. Mr. Zazzali has received numerous awards, including ABC’s “Excellence in Construction” award for UBS PaineWebber and Cambridge Associates. Mr. Zazzali holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University.
