Subcontractor
relations are an integral part of HITT's approach in providing
construction services to its clients. Although HITT maintains
an in-house field force, the majority of our projects require
the participation of outside subcontractors, specializing in
key trades. The Director of Subcontractor Relations serves as
a primary liaison and representative to those subcontractors
seeking to initiate or strengthen strategic alliances with HITT's
project teams for upcoming project awards nationwide. In addition
to actively supporting and participating in industry association
events, HITT also conducts training programs to acquaint subcontractors
and new employees with industry guidelines and the "HITT
Way" for safety, quality, and efficiency.
