HITT's
strong commitment to conduct all of its operations in the safest
manner possible starts with the company principals and is reinforced
at all levels company-wide. Our award-winning safety department
comprises safety officers, on-site superintendents, and a director
who perform random site inspections, ensuring that HITT's stringent
policies are adhered to by employees and subcontractors. A formal
program, incorporating OSHA requirements, is outlined for all
employees, and when required, may be customized for complex
projects to specifically address client and public safety considerations.
Overall,
our efforts have resulted in one of the lowest safety incident
records nationwide with an EMR rating of 0.57.
